Simply Florida
Join us on this wonderful winter getaway. There is nothing quite like some Floridian Sun in the winter months to chase the blues away. This escorted tour will take you from Orlando to the Gulf Coast, along “Alligator Alley”, down to Key West and back to Miami on the Golden coast of the sunshine state. You will enjoy beautiful beaches, loads of major attractions and music venues as we travel.
Orlando
We will be spending 4 Nights in Orlando
Orlando, a city in central Florida, is home to more than a dozen theme parks. Chief among its claims to fame is Walt Disney World, comprised of parks like the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as well as water parks. Another major destination, Universal Orlando, offers Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter straddling both.
Siesta Key
We will be spending 2 nights in Siesta Key
Siesta Key is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, off the coast of Sarasota, Florida. It’s known for its sandy beaches. Siesta Beach, near the shops and cafes of Siesta Key Village, has shallow waters, a playground and tennis courts. Crescent Beach offers access to Point of Rocks, limestone outcroppings that surround tidal pools and coral reefs. To the south, Turtle Beach has boat ramps and picnic areas.
Marco Island
We will be spending 1 night in Marco Island
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico off Southwest Florida, linked to the mainland by bridges south of the city of Naples. It’s home to resort hotels, beaches, marinas and golf courses, as well as a network of inland waterways. A long, sandy beach covers most of the west coast, with resort hotels in the south. Tigertail Beach Park has a tidal lagoon, popular for kayaking and paddleboarding
Key West
We will be spending 2 nights in Key West
Key West, a U.S. island city, is part of the Florida Keys archipelago. It’s also Florida’s southernmost point, lying roughly 90 miles north of Cuba. Famed for its pastel-hued, conch-style houses, it’s a cruise-ship stop also accessible from the mainland via the Overseas Highway. It’s known more for its coral reefs – destinations for diving and snorkeling – than for its beaches.
Miami
We will be spending 2 nights in Miami
Miami, officially the City of Miami, is a major city and a coastal metropolis located in Miami-Dade County in southeastern Florida, in the United States.
